BEAUTY REVIEW: KIKO UNIVERSAL FIT HYDRATING FOUNDATION

I recently had a bit of a mini haul in Kiko, if you follow me on Instagram you might have seen this picture of the goodies I picked up. After reading so much about the brand, but being yet to try anything, it felt like it was high time to pick up a few things and I’ve been trying them out for the past month.

I really wanted to try to Universal Fit Hydrating Foundation after reading a bunch of positive reviews from other bloggers and with an amazing £6.90 price tag I couldn’t not bring one home! First up, the packaging is lovely. It’s sleek, simple and no frills, without looking cheap and seems super travel friendly with it’s tube packaging and screw top lid.

Pre Holiday Beauty Prep

With my holiday rapidly approaching I’m starting to think about the pre-holiday beauty prep I want to do before I take off.

The words “bikini body” makes me all kinds of ragey and usually result in a lengthy rant involving ever four letter expletive I know (but seriously, can advertisers just fuck off with telling people there is only one acceptable body type that should be wearing a bikini and if women don’t fit into that they should be running themselves into the ground to achieve it) so this post definitely isn’t about trying to magically eliminate my cellulite over the next twenty days! I had a teeny tiny “accident” in Selfridges over the weekend and ended up buying a Tom Ford Lips & Boys lipstick. Because I obviously need more lipsticks in my life. You understand, right?
